With over 20 years as an intellectual property strategist and licensing executive, Dave brings world-class patent knowledge coupled with his product management and engineering expertise to optimize company, brand and product positioning, manage risk and identify opportunities at the intersection of technology, business and law. Dave has conducted due diligence, drafted and negotiated IP agreements for $4 billion in merger and acquisition activities and drove over 5000 worldwide patent assets. 

Dave has his BE in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology, MBA from the University of Connecticut and Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law. He is a certified patent valuation analyst and holds multiple community involvement roles.
