An operational expert, Dean loves to transform businesses and deliver higher profits and value by driving change through commercial insights, performance & process improvement, restructuring and M&A. Dean brings finance and operational leadership experience in public companies and joint ventures, and multi-sector experience in Automotive, FMCG, Hospitality and Services. With over 15 years of executive experience delivering results globally, Dean has led businesses and initiatives for GM, Compass and Cadbury in the U.S., Asia, Africa & the Middle East in positions of CFO and COO. 

Dean has a Bachelor of Science from Miami University and received his MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is a board member for the South Coastal FCA and is an active volunteer in his community.
