Operations Executive in Financial Services 

Michael Lieberman's experience in financial services as a strategic operator has helped transform organizations, enable scalable growth, and manage risk.  Most recently, Michael was the CTO, CCO, and a Partner at IEQ Capital, where he was responsible for managing all aspects of risk and technology.  At IEQ Capital, Michael helped to launch the firm from the ground up, building the comprehensive infrastructure and operational framework along with the compliance program.

Prior to joining IEQ, Michael was a Vice President at First Republic Bank, where he focused on building and modernizing the firm’s technology ecosystem to manage client relationships and to streamline operations.  Prior to that, Michael worked as Co-COO for the Luminous Capital team at  First Republic Bank, helping to revamp the team's operations.

Michael is active in his community and you can find him volunteering at the San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living on Sunday mornings. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
