Steve has led in CFO roles ranging from a $600m division of a publicly traded company, to a start-up, to mid-size PE backed organizations with over 20 years of strategic and technical expertise in both international and domestic environments. Steve spent 10 years with Ernst & Young serving middle market clients and is experienced in venture capital owned and privately held companies. He successfully led a start-up to $70M in revenue in less than five years and has a proven ability to analyze products, markets and growth opportunities and then implement actions to improve competitive performance while increasing profits and reducing working capital.

Steve has a community focus with active involvement in missions and not-for-profit organizations. He received his BS in Accounting from Manchester University in Indiana and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
